The signs provide so much wonderful eye candy on our campus. While our co-workers share in understanding what a special place this is for us to work, people outside campus often just don't understand.
It's refreshing to find that our brothers and sisters on the Lawrence campus do "get us."
A recent trip to Haworth Hall produced this gem.

This is the same thing that happens in Microsoft Word when you try to use the spacebar to indent the first line of a paragraph. Can we all just please use the <TAB> key?!
Okay, so fine -- don't use the tab key to align the items. But then why use <TAB> instead of a space after "Biostore?" Don't get this.
From the Department of Redundancy Department:
You're currently standing in Haworth Hall. You're looking at a sign that starts with "Haworth Hall Building Directory." The double-extra clarification seems a little excessive here:
Oh my.
We'd like to put that "Y" mutation under the electron microscope to see what's going on there. How do you even type that character on your keyboard?
In the end, it's comforting to know we're "one university" in so many important ways. #winning
