It's especially nice to have the emergency eye wash station at the same location as the sign causing the eye pain ...
Maybe the idea is that your eyes are hurting so bad you won't be able to actually read these instructions ...
Because I'm seeing, "PULLING DOWN ACTIVATES PUSH UP TO SHUT OFF." And that just seems self-defeating.
Oh I see now. Someone must have pulled down to activate but didn't understand the reverse would shut it off. Thus, the second, leaning sign is needed here.
